The research associate in the “German Literature of the 18th to 21st Centuries” division (German Department) has submitted her habilitation dissertation, “Die ästhetisch-autonomische Moderne. Ethik und Ästhetik der Autonomie vom 18. Jahrhundert bis zur historischen Avantgarde" ("Aesthetic-Autonomous Modernity: Ethics and Aesthetics of Autonomy from the 18th Century to the Historical Avant-Garde.") Together with her academic lecture on "Europa erzählen. Multiperspektivität in Robert Menasses Roman Die Hauptstadt (2017)" ("Narrating Europe: Multiperspectivity in Robert Menasse’s Novel Die Hauptstadt (2017)," followed by a colloquium, she has thus demonstrated her exceptional ability to conduct independent research and teaching and may now hold the title of Privatdozent.
