The Study Commission consists of representatives of the students and the teaching staff. The Study Commission must be consulted on all matters relating to teaching, studies, and examinations before the Faculty Council makes a decision. Students will also find student representatives there who can represent their concerns in the Study Commission.
The Study Commission is headed by the Dean of Studies.

The Study Commission consists of 15 permanent members, comprising eight members from the student status group and seven members from the teaching staff status group.
Members without voting rights currently include the Dean, the Dean of Studies, the Dean of Research, and the Equal Opportunities Officer.
For data protection reasons, the student members of the Study Commission are not visible outside the LUH network.
