Leibniz University Hannover is characterized by a relatively low proportion of women compared to men, especially at higher qualification and career levels. This “leaky pipeline” is less pronounced in the Faculty of Humanities, as it has the highest proportion of female W3 professors across the university. In addition, the proportion of female/diverse students and doctoral candidates is relatively high compared to other faculties.
